It was a good experience. Great service. The car has one problem with the door which i have to go back to get it fixed but overall it is a good dealership.
Good experience but noise in suspension still there I had good experience but I felt one issue I had which was noise in suspension didn't get checked/fixed and still the noise is there
Dependable services Service from Richmond Hill Toyota is far more superior than Markham Mercedes Benz according to my own experience , name does not count . You pay more does not mean you got better services. I learn my lesson.
Service People are welcoming and service is excellent. The Showroom and waiting area is luxurious and comfortable. Though the service took longer than anticipated, I appreciate the quality of work.

Confident in the knowledge of staff here We have now purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership & have been very satisfied with both the sales experience & mostly with the service.
