First Service Check up I recently brought my new car in to Richmond Hill Toyota for its first six month service check and repair to a recall on the parking brake. I had made an appointment one week earlier and had received a reminder call the day before my appointment. However, when I arrived at the dealership they had no record of it. very good service department BUT it could be better if you promoted Brad Scherer to the position of General Service Manager. This would entail the service department completely: service desk, advisors and all of the technicians and staff. He has the respect of his fellow employees, which is evident.
Knowledgeable and Courteous The sales person Paul was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and helpful in explaining all the features. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was because the original date of delivery was postponed and I felt like I was left in the dark about it. Other then that the people at the dealership were very polite and the dealership was immaculate.

Just what I need from my dealership Fast, efficient, professional & right cost. I trust Brad's advise 100%, he has never let me down and always lets me know what is best for me and my car. He even knows a lot about other makes of car !!! (I bring my wife's Nissan also for servicing to my Toyota dealership.
Urgent repair Frank was extrememly helpful in getting me in to replace a winter tire that was completely flat and was able to quickly check availablity and had it back to me the same day. This has been my second service with Frank and he's been a pleasure to work with.

winter tire service the appointment was right on time and was a quick, efficient and pleasant experience. The waiting time in the reception area was very comfortable and the coffee hot and delicious.
