Friendly, Knowlegable and Overall great experience We were in no rush for a car but really wanted a white one that was used but fully loaded. DJ was very patient and understanding. Lots of knowledge about cars + very polite and friendly Kian is a petrol head. He took me by shock with his knowledge about the car that was not even a toyota. I had been gathering information about subaru legacy for 2 months to buy one and while I was thinking I know everything, still kian had more to teach me about it. Great, Friendly Service! Overall I had a very good experience. I received fast, friendly service and ended up with the car I was looking for (even the colour). DJ was excellent, and did everything possible to ensure that I walked away happy. That included coming with me to my mechanic to have the car looked at before purchasing it, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend speaking with DJ if you intend to buy a Toyota.
My visit here for the first time was a good experience I was very pleased with my experience at Richmond hill Toyota. I would go back and purchase another car for them, and also from the same sales associate DJ. DJ is best at customer service very professional he strived to get me what i wanted and went beyond for me. Extremely happy, and could not thank DJ and Andrew enough.
