This dealership is too happy to take advantage of an environment where they have no competition. ( no other Toyota dealers ). They are sleezy and cruel. My wife and I did tons of research to find which vehicle would be most reliable while meeting the needs of our family. After we decided on a Toyota we went into the local dealership to purchase it. This dealership should adopt a more sustainable business strategy, namely, working for the customers, more than against them. The general attitude towards customers is a bit cynical, as if all customers are prone to be trouble. The salesman was less than positive in most ways, talking about his own career a bit too much. The sales advisor made a mistake on our purchase form, leaving off an item that we clearly indicated that we wanted. In saying that he would "take care of it," he ended up installing a after manufacture non-factory part without our consent. He misled us to believe that it would be Toyota-installed and a Toyota Genuine Part. Worst experience purchasing a barand new $66000 SUV ever. We believe that it is a scam club. They reel you in with kindness and promises then after you sign the papers the lying, and cheating emerge. The after service is crap and they lie. Weather you are male or female they treat you poorly. We kept the vehicle for 2yrs and left town to do all services to it. hated owning this vehicle because of the people that stood behind it. Worst every experience.
