Winter tire change I brought in my vehicle in to change my tires to winter ones, and they were prompt and efficient. Very happy. Was booked in quickly and their shuttle service was also efficient.

Oil Change So impressed and happy with this dealership. Have been coming here since 2005 when I bought my Toyota Avalon, she was an amazing car and still is, my daughter owns her now. Professional, conscientious and courteous. Even though the job that was booked should of only been about an hour long duration, after two hours I was given a courtesy call to acknowledge me and let me know there was a delay......I wasn’t forgotten. The overall Toyota team was apologetic and compensated me for the delay.

Excellent service my vehicle was ready when they told me to expect. Gave a good rating as I wanted to have windshield wipers changed to winter ones but they were out of stock so now I will have to make another trip.
No pressure Great salesperson, Genaro Taabu was the salesperson who guided our buy. Friendly, genuine and very informative. I appreciated his honesty and transparency. He did not try to mask any imperfections of the cars I was checking out. Probably the first salesperson I have met who did not look or seem desperate.
Not my favorite trip in Surprising to have a service contract that doesn't replace the air filter. Oh well, that's on me! And a recall on block heaters without replacements available is less than convenient. "Well, once a tsunami wiped out the air bag factory......" Super. So, when my car doesn't start, will that hot air make it warm enough to start?
