New spirit in Service Department- Very Refreshing Service staff very accommodating. Parts very helpful. There is a new spirit in the service Department, very refreshing. I was asked if I would need a shuttle, offered a coffee. When vehicle was done, came out to let me know with a sincere smile.

Very good I purchases my Toyota in 2011, at that time the service in this dealership was horrible and remained so until the last few years. I would say that in the last 2 or 3 years there has been a vast improvement in service, to where we are considering a new purchase in the Spring. If my experience had remained as it was in the beginning I would have changed dealerships and not gone back.
Oil change Got the oil changed on my 2015 lancer ralliart. The service tech Paige advised me of the oil choices I had before doing any work to the vehicle so I would have the opportunity to put the best product in my car. Highly recommend Red Deer Toyota for service work.

Service like in the old days When I was a kid, I watched service stations going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Once I started driving myself, this kind of service had faded away. Yesterday, we serviced our Toyota at Red Deer Toyota, and the car came back like in the old days. The service was completed very timely, with a smile, AND the car was cleaned! Outstanding, Red Deer Toyota!
Painless purchase Buying a vehicle was easy in this no pressure environment. Ben made sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted and that al my questions were answered. Everyone was very accommodating of our 4 year old and infant making the whole process much easier.
Another good experience Two hours for an oil change was a bit much - but I had a good book. At least I am assured the job was done well.
