Great customer service Between my husband and myself, we are driving our 7th Toyota vehicle from this dealership over the last 15 years, so I guess you could say we have been pleased with how we've been treated!
Squeal in brakes when backing up. Finally got to the bottom of issue of a squeal in brakes. This has been an ongoing issue since car was new (2014). The service department discovered on this visit that there was a protruding piece of metal that was very hard to detect. Thank you to the diligence of the Service Manager, Dean Anderson as I now have a perfect car.

Very Satisfied with my service at Red Deer Toyota. During this service my vehicle was tended to promptly. The technician recommended that the engine air filter and the cabin air filter be changed. I was asked if I approved that suggestion. I also requested that the hand brake be set up a bit. The technician set up the drum brakes which served to improve the hand brake operation. Great dealership team . Ryley and Jamie are awesome to deal with start to finish . The vehicle colour, model and options I wanted was not ready - rather then try and sell me in a vehicle I wasn't 100% on - the red deer Toyota team found the truck I wanted. While waiting for the time it took to arrive they gave me a demo to use. Will definitely deal with this red deer toyota group going forward .
WHEEL ALIGHMENT Rating was based on friendly service, thoroughness and timely service. The impression left by the mechanics was that they performed beyond their means. One example of the performed duth by the mechanics was that the vehicle was washed without my say so. That was CUSTOMER SERVICE without a doubt. Thank you so very much and I will be back, Ron G.
Great Service Dropped my RAV 4 off at 7:30 and Berry the shuttle driver was there to take me to work right then. Got the call my vehicle was ready approx 3 hours later and the shuttle was there within 20 minutes which is pretty good seeing I work at the opposit end of the city. The girl at the counter went over everything on my work order in great detail.
Service Department An improvement could be made if you employed service representatives that were knowledgeable about vehicles.. Presently they only seem to be able to complete paperwork.
