oil change Treated me very well and I even got a snow brush. Very helpful and explained things clearly. Also received a car wash as well. The drivers are very pleasant as well.
to fix the light sensor for low tire pressure very satisfied. staff are very professional and accommodating. problem was fixed as i drive home. hopefully this will be the end of this recurring problem.
Service 3 Charlotte was friendly, clear and very accommodating. Went in for a scheduled oil change and she reminded me about a block heater recall, which was replaced. AND when I returned to pick up my car it had been washed inside and out, and the interior leather had been treated. It was like driving a brand new vehicle again!! 🤗🤗 Courtesy driver (Jerry, I think) was very friendly and professional as well 😊
Genaro was great! I received wonderful service and help during my purchase of my 2018 Rav4. Genaro and Andrew were helpful, informative and followed up with me over the few days prior to my first visit. This has nothing to do with Genaro, or Andrew but I'd like to mention that I was a bit frustrated with the number of times that I was offered different "add ons" to my purchase. Happy customer! Appreciate being called to be reminded of the schedule for service. My car was due for an oil change. I was given lots of options for times and an offer for a ride. I didn't need the shuttle but nice to know it is available. Charlotte Hourd welcomed me in the door on the cold morning with a smile and got the ball rolling. Thanks for washing my car too. My block heater was replaced as part of the recall. I felt that everything was very professional and the oil change reasonably priced.
Oil change & correct cause of rear brakes squealing As expected, the oil change was completed as requested and in a timely manner. The brake issue was checked for and a decision made about how it could be corrected in a short period of time. I was contacted as to what was believed to be causing the problem and the proposed fix. recall and broken fan motor Overall good service. only disappointing issue was the fan motor wasn't in stock at the time and had to be ordered. Also, disappointing that the block heater is not in stock. Both issues is a major inconvenience when the weather gets cold since we are unable to drive the car without a fan when the temperature drops.
New vehicle purchase This is my second Toyota Tundra and 3 rd Toyota product. Love my Tundra. I went in for batteries for my command start and walked out with a new 2018 Tundra. Don the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the new features and options available. No pressure to purchase was ever pushed on me either.
