Excellent job! Charlotte greeted us with a smile and carried on with our appointment in a very professional way. The service was great everything was taken care of as requested.
Purchase and lease We returned 2 leased cars and replaced with a purchase (financed) and a lease. Experience was great. Sales representative snd Financial Services Manger were exceptional.

Battery problems The dealership was great and solved the issue promptly. The factory who built the truck installed the wrong battery in which was to small for the truck

Great Service Was taken care of very quickly, explained what was going to done to my Rav4 and what the approximate cost would be. I am very happy with what was done and it took less time than I was told. Enjoyed the coffee as well.
Service is on the right track, just one thing they can do better, that is to have more customer rentals. As I needed a car to use but none available so the rest of what I needed to do did not get done. As the dealership only has four of them.
Awesome This is our third vehicle that we have bought from Red Deer Toyota and we keep coming back because the service is great. We know that if the level of service stays the same will be coming back for future vehicles as well. Thank you to Shane who did a great job and Corey who wants to gain helped us with the financing and also Hilbert and Paige who advised that we go back to Toyota.
