Great service experience I brought my 2011 Sienna in for a service and the sliding door recall. They were prepared for me at the designated time, discussed what they were going to do and gave me an approximate completion time. I was offered a ride home in the courtesy van as well as an offer to pick me up if needed. The work was completed on time and I received a call from the service advisor, Bill O’neill, explaining what they did and that the van was ready for pick up. The payment and pick up process went very smoothly.
Great sales team and service dept. Sales group (Genaro and Andrew) delivered my exact vehicle with all options and did it under the time established. Service group promptly responded to a minor smudge and tire pressure issue.
Great Experience This past week I leased a new 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited. I had a great experience throughout the purchase. In fact it has been a very long time since having even an average purchasing experience. My Product Advisor Don Bowman did an excellent job dealing with my needs in a vehicle. My vehicle needed repair and it took a few days to rectify the problem (parts, diagnosis, etc.) but in the end Toyota service got it right, and for a good price, and with excellent customer service. Very good to deal with Very professional went above and beyond To make a good and no pressure buying experience . Awnserd all my questions about the vehicle financing service and warranty quickly and with great expertise . And had alot of fun with the staff great sence of humor from all.
Why I bought from them They never tired to pressure me into trying to check my credit, when all i wanted to do was test drive. Very competitive with their pricing and trade-in pricing, and all the employees we dealt with were able to answer all questions promptly. And this might not be a big deal to some but the employees and vibe of the place was comfortable and professional (aka not xxxxxx)
