Warranty Work Staff were pleasant to deal with from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I was told the work is complete. Nice that they washed my van as well!! Very nice touch. Cheers!

Above and beyond We purchased our new to us used van at a Toyota dealership that is not convenient to go to. Instead we have gone to our local red deer Toyota and it has been a pleasure. Just call up and pick a time that is convenient for us and while the work is being done they happily shuttle us around. We had work that was not covered under our warranty but they fixed it anyway !! When do you ever hear that happens ?? Red Deer Toyota did that for us....thank you!

oil change ,2 &3 service oil change and inspection that is performed on 2nd & 3rd service were all done well and in a timely manner. Bill the service adviser was able to help me set dash lighting so I could read the miles per hour when travelling in the United States.
toyota recall. Friendly staff. I was told service would be about 1 1/2 hours, it was done in under 1 hour. I was offered a car wash, but declined because of weather. Coffee is always on at Toyota.
