Vehicle Issue quickly resolved My wife had a sudden issue with her Venza on Wednesday afternoon, where it was not advisable to be driven in our estimation. I called the dealership and was told that service was being booked into the following week, but the service rep passed me onto a service manager, Andrea(I believe). Andrea asked if we could drop the vehicle in Thursday morning and they would try and work us in as soon as possible. Our vehicle issue resolved and returned Thursday afternoon. Finally someone fixed my car I have a Venza and a Honda Accord. Bought the Accord last year and thought it had a vibration. They couldn't find so I brought it to Toyota. The tech did wheel align and a balance and cleaned everything else up for me. Now it's perfect. This is where it will be serviced from now on

Toyota RD lives to it`s name from product to service crew. Great service! All work was completed, on time and done well! We took the toyota in for a summer tire swap, oil change and complete detailing. Our vehicle was ready the next day and looks great!
