On time and washed All work was completed as requested and in less time than estimated. It was also given a complimentary exterior wash. Definitely a satisfactory service experience.
Took my toyota rav in to have a block heater installed. I was met at the service bay by a nice young woman who took the information needed to begin my service. In about 90 minutes she came back to get me in the waiting area. I signed the completion of the block heater install. The car was also given a complimentary wash. Bonus!!
4 th truck purchased we have purchased 4 brand new Toyota tundras since 2008, Don has been our sales rep on these purchases except for the 2013 as he was away on holidays. Quick service Very friendly and professional. Always call me to update. Shuttle service is excellent. Not sure about the rates as haven't compared to any other dealerships/shops.
2017 Tundra service Arrived in the service bay and was met with a smile and a good morning. Service staff was very friendly asked if I reguired shuttle service and then directed me to customer lounge as I was waiting for my vehicle. Awesome service I am from out of town and my entire purchase experience was 10/10. Everything was handled over the phone and via email. They were quick to answer any questions and quick to get everything finalized for me prior to my arrival. From sales to finance to the end of the deal, these guys looked after me and delivered on what the promised. Top knot service.
