Good vehicle Did get good service and were very happy with the vehicle we choose. A Hybrid Camry 2014. Vehicle was still in very good condition so we decided to buy it out which was very straight forward other then the lease cancellation fee.
Service department was friendly infomative. and had good recommendation. They where also quick and i will be back for future service. And very good pricing for a dealer.

Service visit Toyota dealership and employees were all very friendly and courteous, they are always helpful to my vehicle concerns as well as taking the time to chat and make every visit to toyota and enjoyable one.
I expected to have a very bad experience, but I didn't I did a lot of homework and that was respected by the sales team. It is still an adversarial system though. I have some observations about that: We all have ways to think about the categories of expenses in a new car purchase. I have my way of thinking of it and they have theirs. Well Done Vehicle had problems with voice activation -narrowed it done to software and now the system works better then ever before-well done. Oil change was standard and went fine.
Awesome and timely Service availability was great I was able to get an appointment shortly after discovering an issue with my vehicle. The service tech's were quick to identify the root cause and resolve the issue as well as wash my vehicle. Super greatful for the honest quick and accurate service The shuttle service was fantastic ...great and professional drivers
Sales and financing experience was great! This is the second vehicle we've purchased in less than 10 years from Red Deer Toyota. They gave us a great deal on our trade and were flexible with payment options. One negative piece was the finance manager (not the guy we initially dealt with but his manager) who called to ask about our registration and instead of asking for clarification, he basically called me a liar without even talking to me. Pleasurable Pleasureable, easy, ready ahead of schedule, forgot to ask about next service, that was my fault. Very helpful and called me when car was ready, would have appreciated a courtesy car , but I guess they can’t do that for everyone
