Warranty follow-up We purchased our highlander almost 5 years ago. With the purchase we also purchased an interior/exterior warranty were our leather seats and paint would be cared for annually. To date, the only annual work has been inspections. We now show signs of rust in a few places, and we have had to pay to have the interior, including the leather seats cleaned and treated. Toyota Mtce and Tire Swap I have used this dealership for almost a decade and have very few quarrels with it. Any concerns have been promptly addressed. Sorry, but I don't remember the names of the personnel; I'm only there a few times a year and don't engage in long conversations with them!

Was looking for a used SUV and was compareing different make I stopped in at Red Deer Toyota to see what was available in a highlander and was quickly ushered to a sales person. We looked at used vehicles in our price range and was invited to take a vehicle on a test drive aand we did.
Professional & timely service Received word of a “recall”. Dealer was cooperative in finding a convient time for work. Reminder of appointment was appreciated. Check in and notice of work completion was handled in a professional and friendly manner.
