Excellent customer service We purchased a used vehicle from Red Deer Toyota. The whole process was painless. Low pressure and easy to deal with. Sara in sales was able to answer any questions that we had. Upon picking up our vehicle we noticed a minor nuisance sound that wasn’t noticed on the test drive. We took it back and Andrea in service had it repaired in a timely fashion and even supplied us with a loaner while it was being remedied. Quick pay free vehicle purchase I went to Red Deer Toyota to purchased a gentle used C-HR. The team was great to work with,and the time line was quick. They told me they had the vehicle I believe Monday, and by the end of Monday the vehicle was mind, with picking up the vehicle by Friday. I would have had it sooner but I had to set up insurance and time to travel to Red Deer.
Necessary Service Just like humans, cars need service to improve and maintain a healthy life style. Toyota knows what my car needs in this regard and does it in a clean, efficient and friendly space.
