Rav4 buying experience Don the sales associate I worked with was plenty helpful and quite accommodating. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being forced into buying a vehicle. The whole experience was very relaxed and they truly tailored to my needs and situation. The gentleman in financing I worked with, Corey, was also very understanding and easy to talk to.
Service and reassurance I’m selling my vehicle and there were questions from a potential that had me worried. We were able to get the Rav in very quickly. A thorough check was completed and Bill provided me with total reassurance. The highbeams were working, the brakes were fine, the rattle was looked at and new tires were put on. I always appreciate my service by the department at Toyota. I’m not vehicle knowledgeable and the service team don’t make me feel like a doofus.
Efficient, fair, and very congenial. No comparison to past. I was given a fair price, unlike my previous history here, The sales personal were friendly and helpful. I would not have recommended this dealership in the past but new management seems to have won me over.
Came for oil change and windshield replacement My advisor, Shaelyn was very friendly and helpful, the techs did a great job on the service and they gave my truck a complimentary wash!!
