When purchasing my new car I dealt with Salesman Neil Hawco and Finance Manager Gayle Young. Neil was an exceptional guy to deal with and made my experience of buying a new car so much fun. He was very knowledgeable and an all around nice guy to deal with. When dealing with the finance part Gayle answered all my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty. I have always had excellent customer service with this dealership. I have all the facts going into the service when I make the appointment, and they always confirm with me if there are additional repairs or concerns. They are always friendly, and explain all work done and are always willing to answer my questions.
Having bought my first Toyota and visited this dealership for the first time, I found the experience good, and much better than others we have visited. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and even patient with us. I would not hesitate recommending him to friends.
I just bought my 4th vehicle through O'regans. All my buying experiences with O’regans have been good but the latest was my best experience yet. From front to back they are a great dealership and have about as much integrity as a dealership can have. I leased a Prius and it was one of the last remaining ones they had. There is a North American wide shortage of them and O'regans still gave me a good price and a fair trade and even went the extra mile to get me into it. This is my second Toyota from O'Reagan's. The sales experience was great, no pressure or sales gimmicks. The service dept is very friendly and professional, unlike some others I been at that made me think I was at some backwoods garage where the good ole boys hang out. I would highly recommend both the sales and service depts.
I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at Oregan's Dartmouth. Neil was friendly, as would be expected at a dealership but above all he was genuine. I would equate my experience to purchasing a car from a friend. I would definitely recommend this Toyota location.
The problem that I discovered when I got home was that I had been charged twice for engine oil on the invoice. A phone call to the sales person that I had dealt with quickly corrected the error and apologised. I also reported a problem with the rear hatch door on my Matrix and was told that the remedy was replacement of the hydraulic arms at high cost. Awful service. They will make you keep driving your car when you tell them you’re experiencing exhaust fume issues. They will tell you that your door having wind noise was from “probably a window left open”. You will have to return to have your brand new tires rims and sensors re-balanced after giving you the car with underinflated tires and having your car bounce on the highway. Horrible experience I was power pressured into first finance at age 60. Told a lower priced plug in vehicle would be ready for test drive I arrived and it was sold. Another more expensive gas fueled vehicle exact same make as the 18 year old car of mine that had been towed into same dealership garage days before -totalled was sitting ready for me by front door.
