Front bearing changed started at 11:15 and finished at 12:20, I was charge for 3.2 hrs of labor. This was over 300 dollars for a hours job.
After returning to the dealer with a Tundra purchased at another dealer location. I found the service to be lacking in communication. The work ( a wheel alignment and front end inspection ) was carried out over 2hrs or so the frontline service dept thought, when in fact the truck in question was returned to the parking lot after 45mins. When approched by the service advisor and Asked wether I wanted them to continue looking into the problem or not I said " No , I will take it up with another dealer".
