new car!! This is our third car that we bought from this dealership and it is always a great experience. Brian is great at calling back to see how things are going but doesn't pressure too much.

Excellent customer service I asked Brian Pickrem to not retire until I lease my next vehicle. Brian, Stephen and the sales manager made my leasing of another vehicle go very smooth as did my son-in-law, Pat Stubbert. This is my second purchase from Brian Pickrem, this purchase went every bit as well as the first, he is a joy to deal with, I would never feel uncomfortable sending my family and friends his way, he is very personable and never pushing. Very friendly. We have had the same salesman for three of the vehicles we leased and he has always been friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The Corolla that we purchased is very comfortable and the cruise control is very much improved from our previous Corolla.
