Clean, simple, easy, friendly Greeted warmly and it seemed everyone knew me by name after that. Staff was even attentive to my 13 yr old son. I feel welcome to approach anyone there with my car related issues or questions.

He was extremely knowledgeable in answering all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my final decision. The most important thing of all, he had my best interest in mind and did everything he could to ensure that I was comfortable, happy and satisfied with the final result, which to say I was is an understatement!

We have just made our second Toyota car lease purchase with Cali and we specifically came back to her the second time because of thse exceptional service we received the first time.
