I am the proud owner of a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Neil Hawco was someone I wanted to do business with because he wasn't pushy, he was friendly, helpful and sincere. I enjoyed his personality, and not once felt uncomfortable, he listened to what I wanted, and wasn't interested in making a quick sale. I will be recommending him to anyone I talk to who mentions they are in the market for a car! Neil made me feel relaxed, confident and really cared about making the experience a positive one. I RECENTLY REQUIRED A MINOR REPAIR TO BE DONE ON MY MOM'S TOYOTA YARIS. NEIL HAWCO HAD SOLD MOM THE CAR A YEAR AGO. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR TO NEIL TO ASK FOR HIS RECOMMENDATION HE DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH SEVERAL OTHER GENTLEMAN AT THE DEALERSHIP AND LITERALLY WALKED WITH ME FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO THE NEXT UNTIL HE WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME....LATER THAT SAME DAY. I accidentally got in contact with Toyota, Neil Hawco and because of Neil's willingness to work with me and his friendlyness I decided to buy a new 2011 Camry. If it hadn't been for Neil emailing me I would not have purchased this car at that time. Neil was wonderful, love his humor. I will definitely be recommending people to contact Neil.

This is the third car we purchased from this dealership. My wife bought a 2010 Toyota Camry last November. I just leased a 2011 Scion. The sales service was great and Leon Raskin did exactly what he was supposed to do, when he was supposed to do it and how it was supposed to be done. The sales manager Mark and the business manager also did what they needed to do to make this a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend these people and this dealership to anyone. The dealership was the CarCostCanada recommended dealer, and they did honour an excellent price given over the phone based on the CarCostCanada wholesale number. Brian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the buying process seamless. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

It took two weeks to get a decent price on the trade in of my previous vehicle. There's no deals to be had at a Toyota dealership even though the build and price section on there website states that the MSRP is not the set price that dealers may chose to sell for less they stick firmly to that price. Yes the staff is extreamly friendly (why not you're spending $40,000). This is my second vehicle from this dealership I purchase Toyota's because I plan to use them for 15 to 20 years You can't do that with too many other makes ... read more

My experience with Toyota is great. I purchaced a new car from Dan Wisewill who was a wonderful salesman in Dec 2010. I got my first oil change on Sat May 28, 2011. The sales men that looked after me were also wonderful. I would and do recommed this Toyota Dealership to the people I know. Keep up the good work all of you. Neil was easy to work with and works with a good sense of humor. He understood what I needed and didn't put any pressure on me to upsell to something more than I didn't need. Would certainly work with Neil again, and will be recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
