I would have given no stars if this had been possible. I went to this dealership on Dec 27/23 to have an oil change completed. After a 2 hour wait and nasty conversation between myself and the service manager, I have determined that this dealership is more about insulting customers rather than providing them with good customer service. Dropped my truck off two weeks ago to have keys made, they said it would be no problem. 2 weeks later they tell me to call pop-a-lock and hang up. Never again, worst customer service I've ever experienced.
This dealer does not offer shuttle service. The service department relies on 'Senior Volunteers' to operate the shuttle. They offer a $10 taxi voucher which will likely get you as far as the MacDonalds across the street. Incredibly smug attitude from the customer service team. They feel above your business.
Brandon the slimeball So I went in to the dealership today because Brandon Landry-McNeil was advertising on Facebook that he could get people amazing deals and he was posting pictures of vehicles. So I go there and speak with him and he was rude and disrespectful and had an extreme lack of knowledge of the vehicles that he is selling. This guy should not work in sales or customer service. My business is GONE and I will NEVER return to this dealership.
They are too busy to care about your vehicle properly My Prius is amazing, I love my car - I purchased it used, but not from this dealership. However, I have my vehicle serviced there. I visited the dealership today to get my car serviced and look at a new car. When I was in the show room I could not find a sales person on the floor. I asked the attendant if any sales people were available she indicated that they were in a sales meeting and offered to call have one of the sales people leave the meeting.
