I got involved in the purchase process of a few vehicles from Open Road Toyota, during the past few years. We received excellent, no pressure assistance during every purchase. I was greeted professionally - and the work that needed to be done was done well. Overall, I'm very happy with this dealer and with the cars we have purchased here!
This was our first car purchase at Open Road Toyota and we were treated well. We got to test drive the cars on our own without being pressured and haven't had a problem with our car yet.
Trevor Symonds was amazing at helping me get my car. He was very helpful and willing/happy to do whatever he had to do to help me to get into my new car. He was very friendly and is excellent at his job
To Rocky Tian of Open Road Toyota in Richmond, respect is earned thru Honesty and Integrity. Sadly, you are not qualified to be that kind of a person. This sales and lease consultant do not keep his promise. He said he will give me freebies once we close the deal. I negotiated for the price, a very reasonable price for him and me (I could have negotiated for more because I know the vehicle has been in the lot for more than 3 months) but I chose to leave some extra margin for him. I bought 2 cars from them in last 7 months first cars in 4 days tranmission burned and they let me wait for 2 months and I get the replacement car now that car has engine problems cost me thousands never deal with them again
Not selling factory order car without a trade and must finance. Don't give them your business.
Terrible customer service. Sold me a vehicle with a lien still attached to it and did not disclose that. Now won't help me with figuring out how to have it removed...
We bought our almost new Prius at Openroad Toyota. I would say below average in terms of customer service throughout our purchase process. Although individual employees seemed somewhat cordial, overall the mostly asian staff seemed impatient and short with us, as if they were unhappy with their jobs and gave the impression they were doing us a huge favour by attending to us. Would give 0 if I could. I am not a prolific reviewer, but I feel compelled by certain experiences to share my feedback. I have been an owner of a 4Runner and corolla since 2004. In late 2021, my wife decided to upgrade her existing corolla and after extensive research she landed on a Hybrid RAV4.
