Stressless Purchase - Thank you Vincent and Mo Recently saw Vincent's ad for a used Prius Prime on Autotrader and went in to see him about the car. While we liked the car, we opted for a new one. Vincent helped us track down the Blue Magnesium color (only one in BC), and had it transferred to the dealership. Henry Li... Very well ethic salesperson Bought a vehicle last June with Henry. From viewing til closing i made at least 5 visits. He was entertaining and never pushy.. Well mannered and explained everything to the details. Although i already knew what vehicle i wanted, he did not distracted me with other models. Lots of customers doesn't justify lack of service Having lots of customers doesn't justify having a low quality service and most of all if you are looking for financing you shouldn't be discarded or downgraded with bad customer attention. Never answered phone calls or mobile phone numbers. They smile at you if you are a clean cash customer but if you are not that kind of customer then they have others to attend to so you better not touch this dealer if you plan to have many questions on your financing options or the car itse... read more
