My experience with Open Road Toyota Richmond started at the end of December, 2020. It was at this time that I found an ad that Elon had placed on Craigslist for the car of my dreams - the Rav4 Prime. We spoke on the phone and he encouraged me to put a totally refundable deposit (did not pressure me) of $500 to assure my place on "a list" for this popular car. An oil change took 2.5 hours here. Suggest they schedule their appointments better as this a ridiculous amount of time to wait for what should be a quick service - 1 hour max. Was also told "if we find issues that are under $50 each, we'll just do it". No, I don't think so. And as usual, they didn't wash the vehicle. I don't think it's ever been washed here.
