Poor customer / sales service Went there today as I love 2 minutes away wanted to look at the highlander , wondered for 25 minutes inside and out but no one bothered to even ask if I need help or not , many sales and staff passed by me , I was working on my deck so I was not dressed in my suit maybe this is why , poor non welcoming dealership I will go somewhere else I like the highlander and my sports car is. It good enough for the family

Without a doubt this is the Worst Dealership in Canada. My brother went to buy a car at Peach Arch Toyota and it turned out to be a lemon. They did not stand behind their mechanic report and never gave a refund.They final gave a credit after a month of much stress to my family and and my brother had to drive around an unsafe vehicle which was extremely stressful to him. Watch out for the "upsell" We've had our vehicle serviced at Peace Arch over the years and have become quite disillusioned with the place. To the point that we only take it there for an oil change, since we signed up for "Oil Change for Life" program several years ago. be careful of this dealership I was very disappointed with this dealership. It seems sad that they don't understand how bad their business practices are. They don't take any accountability for their over pricing or stand behind their mechanic reports.

Complete rip off . We were charged 384.00 on parts and labor for a simple block heater change. Part itself costs no more than $50 and according to other dealerships and mechanics it takes less than 2 hours to get the full job done. Total bill with an oil change was $675!! We were desperate to have the work done as our truck is our only means of transport and we noticed the radiator had a leak and my husband saw some steam rising from the hood. Criminals Beyond Bad Service! I purchased lifetime oil change in 2009 for our Siena Van. We seldom get any other work done on it because we have an excellent back yard mechanic who does all the other repairs and maintenance .Apparently, Peace Arch Toyota doesn't like that! Several times I have brought our van in for an oil change and as soon as we take it away the tires have low or little air pressure in them. Shocked at the treatment! As a middle-income family we saved for 5 years to purchase a $57,000.00 4runner! Never again would I deal with Peace Arch Toyota. Shameful business practices!!! I bought my 2016 4runner through a fleet sale. I realized after I picked it up that it had a vibration in the foot peddle of the brakes. Service carge We just bought Toyota from a lady who had done only 24,000 Km. She had paid around $1000 for oil change for life. Apparently now we have bought the car and it says we have to pay for transfer. I am wondering why we should pay when that lady had already paid. We were told by the front desk clerk anywhere between $300 to $500. We are still waiting for the finance guy to call us. I think this is a rip off. Over charging by 17-20% vs other toyota dealers Scheduled an oil change. I was charged $73 for what other dealers charge $61. Only explanation was that the dealers can charge their rates, them being individually owned. H'lo TOYOTA " wake up". I even sent them a copy of original invoice of same service schedule charged by other dealer.
