I've purchased three vehicles from Peach Arch Toyota and have always felt comfortable dealing with them. Taking my vehicles in for service is easy and they are always ready as promised.
Having put nearly 400,000 klms on my 9 RAV 4 I was pretty sure I would continue with the Toyota brand. Pleasant experience, work done on time and hassle free, friendly environment, car wash included, received all the answers to my questions. This behavior was consistent for the entire time when I visited the dealership from the date I purchased the car until this date. I hope it remains the same.
Our sales representative was very knowledeable on the vehicle we chose to purchaser but more importantly did not pressure us. Although the model we wanted wwas not readily available in our preferred colour, he was able to track it down from another dealership. We were able to receive every option we desired at a fair price and were most pleased with the entire purchasing experience. We would most certainly purchase another Toyota in the future from Dave.
We have dealt with Leagh Sherman for years and find him to be a straight shooter. We find the dealership to be helpful and a great place to have our vehicles looked after.
Mr. Sherman really knew his vehicles. He was able to describe all the important features and qualities of the Toyota Matrix I ended up buying from him. He was sincere and friendly, without being pushy. I would highly recommend Leigh if you're looking for a car.
