I researched vehicles, I had a friend that has an older model of the vehicle I purchased, I built the car on the web and then I sent an email to the Toyota dealership closest to my home asking about the model I had "built" on the web. I got an apparently automated response stating there would be a follow up email in 24 hours. There wasn't. I wrote again stating that I would prefer to deal close to home but I would go elsewhere if necessary. That brought a response. I have to commend Eric Huemer for his advise in helping me with this purchase. While I went to the dealership because I have total confidence on the Toyota product, Eric sealed the deal. He approached me out in the parking lot within one minute of my arrival. Eric asked what I wanted in the car and LISTENED to my answers. He suggested a vehicle I had never considered and I landed up buying it; and my wife and I love it! Thank you Eric.
We have had nothing but a great experience at Peace Arch Toyota, we have purchased 4 vehicles from them.. Our sales representative, Leagh makes the whole process an ease. He is very knowledgeable.
We went shopping for a Prius knowing it would be great on gas but Sherrie made sure our experience was great too. She helped make our purchase smooth and painless and all in one day. She answered every question we had about driving such a unique vehicle and was even able to help answer our questions a few days later when we couldn't figure out the XM radio or the Bluetooth. Overall, we had a great experience and we love our Prius!
Have dealt with Leagh over the years for the purchase of at least 3 Toyota Corollas. He is always personable, knowledgeable...never tries any of the usual 'strongarm' sales tactics. It is obvious that he is well respected by all of his current and past clients.
Just setting everything to a five doesn't capture the experience. Brent was great to work with. We appreciated that he answered my wife's question respecting that she could have opinions about cars. Also he answered all our question, was friendly. We are very happy with our Prius and would recommend the Prius and Peace Arch Toyota to any one looking for great hybrid.
Salesman Leagh Sherman was very helpful when we bought our last Toyota in 2004, so we sought him out to purchase this one in 2013. He is helpful and knowledgeable and uses a "soft sell" approach that appeals to us much more than a pushy sales style. We would rate him 10 out of 10.
