Bill was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us specifically get the vehicle we wanted even though I think we looked at every new and used car on the lot first. Bill went out of his way to get our vehicle delivered at the time we needed as we were going to be out of town. Nice guy, did not act at all like the stereotypical "car salesman." We will seek him out when we buy another car.
A family member had previously had dealings with Peace Arch Toyota (specifically Tom Kaest) and was very happy with the experience. So when we went we had high expectations and they didn't disappoint. Tom is extremely personable and always very helpful both pre- and post-sale. We have bought two cars from Bill...a Yaris in 2006 and a Corolla in 2011. We would buy another from him in a heart beat! Very friendly and helpful. Knows his products and not pushy. Answered all of my questions and really felt he cared about our business.

I had shopped for a vehicle at several dealerships around the Lower Mainland, including another Toyota dealership, but Peace Arch Toyota offered everything I wanted without my having to wait for a particular color and model.
