Brake Problem Attention Shawn Tyacke Jr. and T. Keown We brought our Nissan Rogue in on March 11/2015, and they did a recall and a courtesy inspection.They did a brake inspection and all it said was that the rotor was pitted and rusty, they didn't say how much was left on the brakes,we went about 2500 kms and It was metal on metal.I had to get new brake pads and have the rotors turned,i thought they should have let us know if we needed brakes that soon. Cost me a lot of time and money to get recall fixed I found out I needed a recall fixed on my old timer. I drove from Burns Lake to PG on November 20/14 for a 12:30 appointment. I was told to come back at 1:30 since service was behind. After sitting for a half hour I was told to go home since the part ordered was wrong.I finally managed to get back on December 4, 2014 after rescheduling 3 times due to road conditions. Money more important than Customer Service Unfortunatley 4 months after buying a vehicle my AC went and it continued to go once a year thereafter, Then the 3 or 4th time they charged me for it as warranty was over even though it obviously never was working properly in the first place. I just think money is more important than doing the right thing.
Falsifying Price Shawn gave me an all in price on a Juke, which included taxes, add ons and everything else included. However, he gave the financing lady a different number that was 4000 dollar more then what he and I had agreed on. He claims that he never gave me an all in price but I have the email to prove that he did. Jared only gave me the price I had agreed on prior to going into financing as a pathetic attempt to get me to shut up. Started positive but ended a typical Northland Deal My wife and I were looking for a new Car we went to Northaland Nissan for three reasons 1. mike was a dream to work with! Came in on his day off to help me! Very accommodating. Gained my trust easily and worked hard to find me the right vehicle. Just as we started to talk # the sales manager stepped in out of nowhere applied slimy sales pressure and ruined the sale. Spoke to the G.M. who made lame excuses for his sales manager. The service department is excellent and I have told the Service manager that I believe that he and his department are the only ones with ethics at the dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, I was directly lied to by the Sales Manager. I was told that there was a gas tax that the governemnt required them to charge that was $96. I asked him if he was charging me $96 for a tankof gas and he respinded that he was not; that it a tax he was required to charge by the government.
