Great product knowledge and actually got me an as advertised payment, the beautiful colour I wanted and fully loaded, I had bad credit and collections and they still got me a very good interest rate, almost 0% I strongly recommend seeing Zach at Northland Nissan great people, great product and very honest.

Awesome customer service and excellent product knowledge. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I needed. There was no "typical sales guy" sales pitch. He asked what I needed, what I wanted and gave me a few well picked options to choose from. He was super accommodating and worked around my hectic schedule. I bought my Titan around the end of October 2013. Up until I had gone to Northland Nissan, my experience at other dealerships had been a nightmare. It was good that they were able to help me with my bankruptcy, but it took a long time to get my vehicle, and it wasn't the one I wanted, or the price I said I wanted. There wasn't much for selection, but they were helpful and I think they did the best they could. It would've been more helpful if thy had explained to me what was going on with the delay. They were really good to me in the service department with the issues I had.
Robbie was a pleasure to deal with. He has a relaxed nature that made me feel at ease right from the start. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the service I received. Although it has been months since I purchased my Murano Robbie continues to be available to answer my questions. I have already recommended Robbie to a few friends who are looking for new vehicles.
