Tyson has good product knowledge, and it feels like talking with a friend not a "Salesman". I bought 2 card through him in 2013, and will give hime a call the next time I am looking for something.
This is by far one of the best dealerships in Prince George. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable with the vehicles and they are more then happy to help you find exactly the car you are looking for and they will work very hard to help you get it. Thanks guys!
Robbie is a very personable and friendly person. His relaxed way and friendly attitude made it easy to trust that I was getting a great deal. The entire staff was very friendly and they acted more like a family than just coworkers. My husband and I had done our research and I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle. Very helpful, super friendly and nice about my whole experience of buying my very first brand new vehicle! I defiantly recommend going to northland Nissan to get the best car buying experience! There team also made sure I was going to be driving home in my brand new rogue within a couple days! Not to mention they let me take the vehicle home over night before I even signed any papers! :)
We came in because there was a chance to win $50 000 just for test driving a new Nissan. Tyson was very friendly and helpful. We were interested in an SUV for our family, and he showed us all of the different options. We had a 2010 Honda CR-V. We loved it, but found it a bit small and light. This dealership charged me $190 to update an upgrade in my LCD screen so that my Bluetooth issues were corrected. It as a software update they charged $190 for. And this was after I had a disgruntled employee put food in my dash on assembly line and had multiple issues with
So not very happy about the fact that everyone but the buyers knew about the screen glitch. I thought that the dealership would be up front about any problems the vehicles had and let the customer know about any plans to fix the problem. Don't get me wrong I like the people we dealt with however, things like this give your company a bad reputation in my eyes. We would not have purchase this product if we knew about the issue as we were looking at a VW as well.
