We had a great experience with Nissan, they went above and beyond to help us, I honestly didn't think we would be approved, but Shawn Peter and Tyson did everything they could to get us a good deal, I would highly recommend this place, they treat you like they've known you forever, most friendliest car dealership I've ever been too
We bought a Juke in Aug. 2013. My husband looked at them on the internet and then sent an e-mail to Northland Nissan regarding a price. Tyson replied back to us and included a video he made showing us the Juke inside and out. He sold us at that moment. From there we went to the dealership and took one for a test drive. Very helpful and knowledgeable with their vehicles, feels like family when you go in! Got me a great deal on a brand new car and I couldn't be happier! They made sure I knew what I was buying and that I got the most for my money as well as making sure I understood the First Time Buyers Program.
I found a vehicle with all the options I wanted in Vernon, BC. They had that vehicle shipped up to the Prince George dealership for me. Zach was really good keeping in touch with me. Arlynn was great to work with in the finance department. She got me a payment that I had set for myself. All in all a great experience!
As a first time car buyer with absolutely personal experience I had no idea what to expect. Tyson and Jared made it enjoyable and no where near as frightening or stressful as I had thought it was going to be. I drove by the dealership and saw the XTRAIL so I went in. Jamie was coming out to greet me and this was a big plus in my book. I told him what I wanted to do and he was very helpful. He took me around to see the different vehicles on the lot, explaining their qualities then we went inside for a hot beverage, (hot chocolate was my choice). It was a very easy process. Tyson went above and beyond. Coming from a small town, I wasn't able to get into Prince George so Tyson was excellent about communicating and getting back to me in a timely manner. He was always polite and never pushy. I appreciated that there was constant follow up after the purchase to make sure I was happy and the car was running smooth. I highly recommend tyson and nissan.

when I got to the dealership Tyson was awesome he answered my questions and if he didn't know he found out for us, and Jared helped with the lease of our Nissan Sentra with payment alternatives..there was no pushing on the sale or paperwork and let us have time to decide on the car.
