At first I was impressed I don't really know what to say. At first, during the actual buying experience, I was quite impressed and happy. However, I then realized a few things. First: My phone I can't plug in my phone via the usb cable, as my phone isn't compatible with my car. They could have done a simple search and just let me know that. Horrible We were sent here because some friends of ours were going to get us the friends and family discount on a truck. We went there and instantly didn’t vibe well with the sales person assigned to us. They ran the numbers and came to us and said, the dodge dealer listed the truck incorrectly so we will honour the price you seen on the website but can’t do anything more. Lack in training and customer service Nissan should know exactly why I am giving this review such a low rating. Zach - he was great as a salesman before I bought my used Toyota RAV4, but to be completely honest the car sold itself. After we took my used Toyota RAV4 home, Zach was extremely hard to reach, never returned phone calls, and never stood up to his word regarding promises he made. Thank goodness for a great salesman! Tyler's approach on customer service, sales and pricing is exactly how we hoped a salesman would be. We struggled dealing with upper sales management's? way of handling their sales and customer approach. We wanted to support local and they made it difficult... but Tyler pulled through to make it happen. The dealership tried to nickel and dime instead of going the extra mile to keep customers. Too much pressure Tried to buy a used suv and i have to admit it was terrible. 8 percent on a used car loan.... and the asked for 2000 down and then told not to worrie about it? As soon as we said no all of a sudden intrest rate dropped to 6.5? Was given the suv for the night and then again said no...... and the whole time under pressure always told someone else was looking to buy the same suv. Would not recomend dealership... also finacing staff was really rude. Really happy with my kia.

Hassle I live in Grande Prairie and checked into a Nissan Rogue through unhaggle. They keep trying to contact me even though I've told them I had no interest in travelling to Prince George to purchase a vehicle.

lied to. I went to get myself a vehicle, and was told my name would be the one on the lease, after needing to change a payment date, is when I found out that I'm not the one to lease the vehicle it was my co-signer!! So I'm now the co-signer for something we didn't want!!

Bad Experience The worst dealership i ever dealt with. They lied to me about the finance rate and i was not able to return the car after i found out about the change. I will never buy a brand new car again, I will never buy a Nissan again or ever go to a Nissan dealership again thanks to the experience i had at Northland Nissan.
