Very rewaarding and friendly Personnel were very friendly, knew their work and were able to make us feel at ease. Very professional staff who were able to answer any questions we had. Mike Stronach our sales person was great to deal with and we appreciated the follow-up phone call after the matter was concluded. Would recommend any time, and would re-visit if another vehicle was needed.

Front Blower replacement - Heating/AC, 2011 Toyota Sienna Prompt and courteous service. Accurate pricing on parts with prompt and on-time service with good shuttle service if appointment runs long. Great customer amenities with coffee, seating and Wifi. Keep up the good work North Bay Toyota.
Friendly staff, took the car in at the time specified and returned it washed. Had coffee, apples and oranges. Nice touch when you are waiting for your car. Great job.
Great Experience @ North Bay Toyota. THANK YOU. I love how they set up appointments and North Bay Toyota are generally right on schedule.. They also give you a "friendly" reminder. Now I did not buy my Toyota at this dealership two years ago but they have been outstanding in servicing my vehicle along the way. Now they have a "perk" that they---wash your vehicle if you have purchased your vehicle from them--and this can be exercised any time. Now if I can get that done for me----THAT WOULD BE OUTSTANDING. Cheers.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable Recently had a blockheater installed in my 2019 Rav4. First it was backordered, but dealership was accommodating to my schedule since I am located two-hours away from North Bay. While I waited, I enjoyed the free WIFI and coffee. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience that much better.
