Service of brakes Costs was lower than expected. I was given a quote 3 weeks before they service my brakes. The actual costs was lower than the quote. That was a pleasant surprise.
Used vehicle Not your average Dealer willing to do what is needed from a distance. I traveled from the Niagara region to buy my used SUV from them. Will answer every question, send every picture you request. They will make you comfortable moving forward, with an open and transparent experience.
Buying used RAV4. I was very happy with the service I received.Did not feel pressured at any time.I took a couple vehicles out for a test drive and had a conversation with the salesman and we discussed prices and I left with options to think on. The next day I made my decision and went back.Once again I felt no pressure which really helped me make the decision and then spoke with the lady about the financing and we came to a agreement. I picked the car up that week and am very happy with North Bay Toyota.
