below expectation after being called the day before my service appointment as a reminder, I made sure to arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled 10:50 A.M. appointment, to avoid wasting the dealerships' time. 2 hours later my vehicle was still waiting for a technician to attend to it. Poor - I am not sure if they did any work on my car !! This is the second time I visited Mississauga Toyoto for service. First Visit - I went there to get a check up of some problem with my car which had cropped in after an accident repair was done. They charged me $127 for the checkup. After the check up I was informed of a loose wiring. I went back to my insurance company to let them know of a loose wire which was left by the repair company (Assured Downtown). Complimentary transfer of iPhone list to Bluetooth in RAV Thank YOU! Why I haven’t had such a good belly laugh since the last time i replayed Jeff Dunham’s “Achmed the Dead Terrorist”. Long wait ends badly When we arrived we were told that they had no record of our appointment. The rep at the service counter explained the situation and said that it would take 3-4 hours. We accepted the wait time. After the 4 hours, we were served by Jessica, we had presented a coupon when we checked in, however the final bill didn't have the coupon applied. Service Manager drop "F" boom on customer I went into dealer with my 2008 RAV4 for check engine light and VSC light. The service advisor Guru Rajanayagam ask for $112 for daignaos and I authorized. Then he came to me in about half hour and said trouble P0301 cylinder #1 misfired and someone have adjusted the ignition coil. Did not complete work. Was untruthful about delivery time and work actually performed. Management follow up after sending a complaint was highly perfunctory. I strongly do not recommend this dealer!

I purchased a used Toyota Eco (2005 modal) from this dealer in 2006. They also sold me a life time rust warranty. Beginning of this year I noticed that a piece of paint started receding on the right back quarter panel, although it was a small at the beginning later become bigger.
