Service I came for oil change and brakes inspection and they told me I have to replace the didn't brakes. "Ok fine". They over charged me on labour at least $120. I would never go to this location any more Strasbourg Gorgievski

Over serviced. Yes, the service was good. It was so good that I felt I was over serviced. The mileage of my 2014 Toyota Corolla was only 41,434 km on Jan 31, but I was given a service for 48,000km, the mileage I may not reach a year late. Based on the 2018 factory recommendation 60 month service was $234.90. But I was billed $382 for my 63 month car. I was told when I was giving my key the service could be around $250, but it turned out $130 more. Is such service all in my benefit? Absolutely not.

Bad Experience Emailed and confirmed appointment with Paul to view and test drive an SUV the same afternoon. When I arrived,.I was told it was sold just an hour ago, but that there were other similar SUVs that I might be interested in. I found it very hard to believe as it is a typical used car dealer trick. I came specifically for that SUV and not to be upsold to another vehicle. A complete waste of time and it is what gives used car salesman a bad name.

Poor Customer Service My sister was looking to buy a new car and the saleswoman told us she had 2 other customers coming. This was around 6pm. Right off the bat I knew something was lacking. At 8pm no other customer came in to see this saleswoman. It was all a ruse to make us feel she was selling more than she does and apply some passive pressure on us. Van Certification Scam I Bought a so called CERTIFIED used 2014 Toyota Sienna AWD van with a full tank of gas from Mississauga Toyota and parked it in my garage for 3 months, never using it since I didn't need the van at that moment and still with all the dealer promo stickers, door bumpers, even the pouch with their stock number still attached to the inside of the windshield.. Misleading & dishonest practices! ($300-$500 inflated bill) After consulting a mechanic regarding my vehicles battery (?) performance issues. I decided to take my truck to Mississauga Toyota (many years ago-run by honest individuals) but this was a big mistake. My battery was tested, and deemed fine (by the other mechanic) but the alternator was suspected to be the reason for my vehicles problems. An appointment was made for the following day at M.T. Don’t go to this dealer for service - takes 8hrs !! WORST TOYOTA DEALER EVER ! Don’t do your service here if you want it done in a timely manner.. booked a dash cam installation at this dealer and the tech advisor Jose told my husband it would take 2-3 hrs for installation.. went in for a 10 am appointment and they didn’t finish it until 5:40 pm !!! Plus no sense of customer service -instead of calling me to let me know that this installation was going to take longer than expected I had to call them and ask what was going on... read more

Terrible Customer Service Don't expect to leave this place without at least an $800 bill. If there is nothing wrong your car, don't worry they will find something wrong. The place is shabby and broken down and everything takes forever. Surprised that Toyota lets one its dealerships get this run down. Give this one a miss.

Bad customer service I gonna suggest other people don't go there... poor customer service and they almost took 8 hours for oil change and they don't care if you are waiting there. Specially don't deal with guru rajiv there service advisor
