Incorrect Diagnosis Truck was running rough and Miss Toyota diagnosed it as a dirty sensor. After $ 615 plus tax the truck is still running rough and is not fixed yet. No consideration was given to other possible causes such as bad gas. After they took my money they did say that the truck still started rough after they fixed it and it was most likely the gas. 8:00am Tuesday Nov 26th. #1 When booking the visit the first time the on line booking doesn't work. I would suggest fixing it or deleting it until it does. #2. The second time I got a man who was asking me all the questions that are in your computer. We booked an appointment for tire change to winter tires. Well after 2.5 hours the car was not touched or worked on. Why make an appointment if your not taken and worked on for your scheduled time. It’s absolutely unacceptable to wait over 3 hours for a job that takes no more than 30 minutes, and not once did a service advisor have the common courtesy to let my husband know he would be waiting longer then expected. Disappointed We previously requested the service to be finished by 12pm. We show up at our scheduled time at 8:15pm. Albert Hung comes at 10am informing me that additional services are needed. I asked if it would be done by 12pm. He says, he would need 2 hours. I agree. He comes back 1 min later and gives me a cost of $761 to complete the service. I still agree. It's now 1pm and I am patiently waiting, no one bothers to give me an update to say its running later than expected. Which I don't mind, because I know they are busy... read more

Without warning We have been servicing our 2014 Toyota Camry at this dealership for the last 4 years and received a commercial / Taxi vehicle discount on service and parts and labour. The last time we had the car serviced they informed us afterwards that they no longer would give us the discount that so many taxi owners relied on to help bring operation costs down. Don’t know if we’ll be going back.

Bad customer service We ordered a car on July and were told and it will need 4 months to deliver. We tried to contacting the salesman several times through emails and leaving voice messages never heard back from him. Finally after many trials for weeks, we called the office and threatens to escalate it because we did not hear from the salesman. Few minutes later called and when we asked for ETA, he could give us one. Never encounter such a bad customer service. Stay away from Mississauga Toyota, they have no professionalism

Long time customer in the service department, getting worse Have been going to Mississauga Toyota for about 20 years starting with a 1988 Supra and continuing with my current bought at Mississauga Toyota 2017 86.
