Been a loyal customer for a few years and for the most part the dealership experience was decent. Easy to book service appointments, average wait times, but the main reason you buy a Toyota is for its reliability and dependability. No issues there. I’ve been hyped about the RAV4 Prime since it was announced. Had a $1000.00 deposit on the vehicle early on but quickly realized it was going to be a while before I was able to get one. On 11/21/22 in for Service & tire change. Noted on 427 Hwy sensor light flash on indicating low pressure. Returned on 11/26/22. Advised i would have to leave van and pay $89.00 to reset sensor in tires. Admitted previously done for free. I left, work not completed as a safety issue. Employee rude and did not want to do the job. Didn't know how long to the do the job. Previously 5 minutes.

I remembered that I have malfunctioning and broken windshield but forgot to tell them. I assumed that they will inspect and change it. However, they reported all inspected and fixed but when I got home it was not fixed even not checked. Another incident. I found only one screw used under car for protection shield, They need properly fasten all screws. Last incident was price matching. I got ... read more

I received a recall letter from Toyota on continental tires issues- RAV4 XLE 2018. I booked an appointment with Toyota Mississauga 2215 Dundas St E. I was charged $140 without asking my authorization before. No new continental tires received. To make it worse and unethical behavior, they decided to change oil, despite it was changed just 3 weeks ago in the same place (less than 900 kms). The service tech broke my cabin air filter cover Recently discovered the cabin filter cover in my Camry was broken. For the past year, I've been trying to replace the filter myself with no success as it seemed that the cover has been glued in place. I recently discovered that one of the latches is broken and the cover was jammed in place. So, a Mississauga Service tech broke my cover and didn't say anything at any time. I recently had a basic oil and filter change done here and the cost seemed very high, it cost $69. I questioned my service provider and was told 'that's the cost now'. Looking at my past bills I've always paid between $50-$55. $69 is very high and even after a phone call no one can really explain. Unfortunately, I will no longer to using toyota for any service on my vehicle. Advisors have always been friendly but I will be going elsewhere for service from now on

wasnt to pleased with the wait for the service. My appointment was for 9.30. I didn't get out of there till 12.30. I think someone goofed up really badly.nobody said a word.
