Incompetent , This service center its Run by incompetent management team. Twice they let me down. I own 2010 Toyota Tundra truck took it there for service . After they complete the service half the item were check off done they were not touched on truck. You cant trust there workmanship . At your own risk.

Garbage customer service I normally deal with a Toyota dealership by my home, however I contacted this dealership (because they are located close to my work) to see if they could top up my oil for my 2009 Rav 4. The dealership by my home tops up my oil at no charge because they acknowledge that my car burns oil at an abnormal rate (and I already had an oil consumption test to prove this). dishonese salesman Went to this dealer for Sienna. The salesman showed a paper that I can a 2016 model for the 2015 price and I can get a 2016 model in 2 weeks. When we sat to discuss the details. He said 2016 model will be build in Dec. available in Jan. When I asked for more details he said he does not know 2016 price yet. He has 'Employee of the month' on his wall. All rubbish , waste of time.

Bought a 2009 Toyota Tundra, never told about MAJOR PROBLEM I purchased a 2009 used Toyota Tundra in 2011, this past summer my vehicle broke down and was towed to this dealership with a full tank of fuel. My vehicle sat in their parking lot for 2 months and 4 days before the issue was fixed. Worst car buying experience ever The used car manager Curtis needs a course in customer service especially in how you treat people. Made me feel worthless for buying a used car and did not disclose certain information until after the vehicle was paid for. He is a dishonest human being. Strongly recommend not purchasing there.

Stay away from the service department! I took my car in for the 16k oil change and they left the oil filter loose. I only discovered this two weeks and 2000 km later when my oil pressure light came on. As it was a Sunday, I took my car to a local Mr. Lube where they discovered the oil filter was installed finger tight and the oil filter wrench was still attached to the oil filter and there was only one liter of oil left in the crankcase.

Aggressive sales pitch that cost me unnecessary service I came for an oil change. I think I was pressured on having other unnecessary checks like ( checking the horn, wiper blades and washer, brake lights, etc. Those things I check myself on a regular basis. Our car is slightly use with only a mileage of 34,700 kilometers in 4 years. These unnecessary expense caused me about $160.00 and on a senior like me with fixed income is a big dent on our budget. Wouldn't put offer in writing I was purchasing a vehicle for my mother and requested quotes online from this dealership and others in the area. It was a very simple replacement of her 2002 Corolla with a new 2015 Corolla. She had already picked out the model and trim package that she wanted. This dealership is far too busy for my business. Two weeks to get an appointment for an oil change. Then the oil change took almost 2 hours. I have been a customer for over 25 years and realy like dealing with John Bates. I will now be getting my service done elsewhere.
