Excellent service What I love the most was the location of the dealership and it is very spacious and bright with plenty of sunlights. Service advisor welcome customers with a warm smile!
Maintenance service Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Time frame is explained to me and they make me feel at home in the dealership. The whole experience went as expected.
Scheduled maintenance I dropped off my car at the scheduled time and was promptly given a shuttle ride home. The work was completed and the car was ready when promised. My bill was what was expected.
I am really satified with everything I took my car for first service which is free. Alam introduced him self and do the paper work and show me the waiting area and ask me to relax. These guys are very friendly and did a great service in time
Amazing service Great friendly service. Attentive to your concern and will go over and beyond to ensure they look at the issue. If anything arise they will call you right away. The sky cafe is to die for (best club sandwich I ever had).
The kind you would like from any dealership and salesmen I was looking at the vehicles in the showroom to kill some time while waiting for an inspection on my car, and the experience manager Kelley Cuthbert came up to me and kept me company the whole time. He showed me all the new features about the newer models, and he even took me for a road test. Even if I told him I have a Lexus already and I wasn't going to buy, it didn't matter one bit. Proud to be a Lexus owner I always feel so well treated when I bring my car in for service. Everyone at Lexus South Point is so responsive to the customer’s needs. Nikolas Wei was very helpful in immediately providing me with a loaner when my car demonstrated electrical problems. Shauna Meakin explained to me in detail what was done to the car and allowed me to drive away confident that Lexus South Point did a great job.
