Fabulous customer service at Lexus South Point I had the unfortunate experience of my Lexus having a malfunction on a very busy street and -27 weather in rush hour evening traffic. My cell phone battery was low. I called Lexus South Point and the receptionist - Sue - connected me to Lexus Road Side Assistance (she also called and left a message to confirm that the tow truck was dispatched). Rock Chip Repair The rock chip repair was completed in very time efficient manner. Dave was very friendly and efficient in completing the service request. My vehicle was also washed and ready to go.

They did a super job, and the people are very friendly and h I went for an Oil change and regular check up for my Toyota Sienna, but they check every thing else and wash my car too.
