Additional Smart Key Had a new Smart Key and blade programmed and cut very promptly. Had a coffee and snack while I waited. The staff are always very courteous and professional.

Used SUV Purchase at Southpointe Lexus My wife and I enjoyed our experience purchasing a used Lincoln MKX from our salesman Sam. He was patient when we brought our two kids during our first visit and had the SUV warm and ready for our test drive on our second visit. We got a great deal and the vehicle was expertly detailed when we arrived to pick it up.
Excellent service Staff provided extra input and demonstrated how to better use technology on the vehicle. Timely completion of service, and cleaning of vehicle. Prompt shuttle service both ways.
Excellent We visited Lexus South Pointe On Jan. 11/17 and purchased our third Lexus RX 350 SUV. We took delivering our our new vehicle on Jan. 13/17. Everything from puchase to delivery went off without a hitch and everything was done as promised. So far we are completely satisfied with our purchase.
