Excellent service Came in for a recall. Got the 90$ special for cleaning. Amazing job. Got a ride to work and back for pick up. Although may have been more convenient to get a loaner.
Five Star Service Pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff always willing to answer questions. Came in for an oil change. The wait was minimal and the waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. South Pointe truly provides exceptional service !!
Battery fun Battery was replaced for free for the second time in about a month. Service rep an mechanic were very courteous. Technician spent time explaining battery test he was going to do and how much time it wa going to take.
