Excellent service, courteous staff Great service from Paula. Friendly, updated me on how my service was going. Offered ride back for pickup. Went over services performed and estimated future maintenance that would be needed in the future.
Tire change Came in to have my tires changed out to winter tires from my all-seasons. Took longer than usual as I was told a rim installer or whatever they are called is broken so only 1 functional. Made plans for the meantime anyway so was no big deal.
Fast and Friendly The staff is there to greet you as you proceed through the doors. You're never left wondering where you should go. Everything that will be done to your vehicle is explained to you in great detail and the time that it will take. If there is additional service needed they come to tell you and ask for permission to continue. I appreciate being included in all the decisions.
Very well taken care of. I was connected to Paula Bauman without delay. An appointment suited to my schedule was made and a courtesy vehicle provided. Service dept was very courteous and accommodating.
Very Good Experience Efficient, knowledgeable and compentent people, With only 1/2 day notice removed my snow tires from dealers storage, Mounted and balanced the tires onto new rims complete with sensors from parts. Swapped the wheels in a very timely fashion the next morning.
Excellent Service. Incredible staff! I brought my vehicle into Lexus South Pointe with an unscheduled issue on my truck. Guy and his team managed to fit me in on a very busy Saturday and repaired my vehicle in record breaking time.
Great, fast, friendly service Was greeting at the door, offered pedicure/manicure.. a little bit more expensive to switch over tires vs Kal tire etc but so worth it! They cleaned my car, which the cheaper places don't, on top of the offered nail service.
Excellent overall experience!!! my service experience was excellent! Ashlee went above and beyond any experience I have previously encountered in that, moments before my arrival, she reached out to offer me the use of a loaner car for the duration of my service. This was really appreciated as it was not requested, and therefore, was totally unexpected, but very much appreciated. Amazing Lexus South Pointe has friendly & knowledgeable staff in their service department, that were not only timely, but effiecient in their vehicle maintenance. They have a relaxing waiting area & spa treatments are always nice when you have an extended wait.
