Getting winter tires I find that the customer service is excellent. Lexus South Point price matched the lowest competitor’s price for winter tires. The price of tires with rims was quite reasonable. Finally, the service was quick and excellent.
Good service I got to the service department a few minutes earlier than our appointment but went in and got looked after right away. I was told it would take out about an hour and a half to two hours so I stayed instead of taking the courtesy car I had arranged to get. They had it done in just over a hour . I was happy I never took the courtesy car.
First class service from beginning to end of car detailing! The Service man that assisted me as very pleasant and escorted me up the elevator to the restaurant lounge area where Icould work on my laptop. Also had a great conversation with one of the administrators. The food service person was also very pleasant. Wandered downstairs and discovered the spa, where I was greeting warmly and was able to get a lovely manicure .
