The pursuit of perfection, indeed. After finding a great deal on Groupon for a vehicle detailing, I made my appointment to drop one of my crew trucks off (which was quite filthy-my apologies). Because of a last second personal event, I had to cancel my reservation. Which I was surprised that they were so accommodating & understanding, because I didn't give much notice. Exceptional Experience! Unreal car buying experience. I've purchased new before at another dealership and it had me totally turned off of the idea of doing it again. Evan, at South Pointe Lexus was beyond expectations with how incredible his customer service was. From start to finish it was a truly enjoyable experience. The show through staff on delivery day was also excellent. I would highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking!! Stellar job guys!
Always Excellent Service! When I purchase a car a lot of my decision as to do with service. Anytime I have an issue they always are very accommodating. Sometimes I just go in even with out an appointment and they never turn me away. Great car and great service makes for a happy customer.

Unscheduled appointment My windshield wiper stopped working and Icalled and was able to get an appointment for that to be dealt with that morning. When I got to the dealership, I realized I was due for my maintenance oil change and cabin filter change. They were happy to add this service on. The people here are always very professional and polite.
Excellent customer service We found everyone at this dealership were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. The dealership makes you feel very welcomed etc.
