The Best Service Always accommodating, professional and helpful! All of the staff I’ve ever dealt with have been friendly, pleasant and courteous. It really makes the experience so much easier.
Great service When I phoned to make a service appointment, I was asked when I want to come in, not what slots are open. Lexus stated how long it will take 1 to 1.5, and was completed as promised. Excellent job.

Used Vehicle Purchase at Lexus Southpointe Had a fantastic experience at Lexus Southpointe. Staff is knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Felt no pressure to make a purchase at the time of visit.
Installing Accessories The service advisor went through all three accessories they were installing and checked to see if I had any questions. There were no hidden costs, the job was completed on time and car was cleaned inside and outside. I was given a loaner for the day while while my car was having the accessories installed. The service advisor was very helpful and friendly, I am very happy with Southpointe Lexus and the service I have received so far.
Bonus pedicure! The service department here is the best. Excellent attention to details, beautifully washed at the end. The best part is the pedicure! She is the nicest bonus for bringing our vehicle for servicing here.
Regular maintenance Dave is a great advisor... attentive and I felt really taken care of. He completed the work we asked for and noted items that are coming up in the near future to which we need to pay attention
Amazing staff and car detailing! Everything about my experience from the first interaction with the incredibly friendly front desk receptionist, to my call with Shauna in Service and then pick up was amazing! I called initially to inquire about the car detailing packages and spoke with Shauna who was absolutely fantastic in helping me pick the right one for my car. Shauna in Service is amazing! The service side is truly amazing! Expecially the way they detail your vehicle! They always seem to have a loaner for me and communicate regularly as well.
